Engine Block Repair

Engine block repair irrespective of nature of damage is undertaken by us. Following are the major repairs executed for engine block repair:

Metal Stitching & Metal Locking of Broken Engine Block
I) Due to accident, vibration or stress engine block develop cracks or engine block gets broken in to pieces. We repair engine block, cracks by metal lock and metal stitching process. The broken piece of casting of engine block is replaced by new piece of casting made by us and is metal stitched. The repair of crack or damaged engine block is guaranteed for satisfactory performance. The use of high quality of metal lock and metal keys ensures long life of the engine block after repairs.

II) The damage of threads on engine block and  Engine Entablature  is a common problem. The damaged threads are repaired by replacing new thread inserts. This is done by our technicians having more than 40 years of experience.

III) Main journal housings of engine block are repaired for taper and ovality. The centre line of main journal housings is checked and corrected.
